Ladeddie Barns B&B – Booking and Payment Terms

Telephone Bookings/Enquiries

Customers should call us on +44 (0)1334 828357 to enquire on availability and prices. If a booking is made, the customer should supply a contact telephone number and if a deposit is requested they should also supply an email address for receipt of an Invoice (see Deposit Payments below).

Customers can contact us at . As with Telephone Bookings/Enquiries, if a booking is made the customer may be asked for a deposit and to agree payment terms as below.

Automated Booking System

Our website offers facilities to inspect availability month-by-month for up to 52 weeks in advance. The display will show vacant days in GREEN, days already booked in RED and days when special rates apply in DARK BLUE. Customers can then select a suitable date of arrival, number of nights required and number of guests and check the possible options available for the selected dates.

Dependent on the number of guests, options may include a choice of either the double or twin-bedded rooms, or both. Payment options may also be displayed prior to actually making the booking. Where the requested entry date is less than a week away there is no requirement for a deposit, but settlement of the full balance will be requested on the date of arrival. If the date of arrival is more than a week away the automated system will normally ask for a 10% deposit to be made with the balance due on arrival.

Payment Terms

Cash; cheque (by prior agreement); BACS on Invoice (UK only); or Paypal Invoice.

Deposit Payments

Deposit payments are non-refundable. Guests will be given an option to pay the deposit either by a UK cheque remitted by post, or to be emailed an Invoice. Where the Invoice method is selected, this will be sent by Paypal under the Paypal Here scheme on behalf of Ladeddie Barns B&B . Customers are requested to pay on receipt of that Invoice and can use their selection of debit/credit card to complete the payment. Whether paying by cheque or invoice, a receipt will be sent to the customers email address on receipt of funds.

Balance Payments

These are due on the date of arrival. We accept cash or credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Maestro only under the Paypal Here scheme). We can also accept UK cheques by prior agreement.

Payment Receipts

A paper receipt will be issued on arrival for the Balance payment. Guests may request an additional receipt by either text message or email.
